FAQ about free listings
Does a listing cost anything?
No. A normal listing is free. Optional highlights are voluntary and always clearly marked.
How many photos can I upload?
Up to 10 photos per listing. You can change the order and the cover photo at any time.
How long does my listing stay online?
90 days. Before it expires you get a reminder and can extend the listing for free.
Do I need an account?
Not for browsing. To list, you need a free account with a confirmed e-mail address.
Who sees my address and phone number?
Your address is never published – only postcode and town. Your phone number appears only if you explicitly switch it on. Interested people write to you through the internal chat.
Can I change my listing later?
Yes. Under “My listings” you can edit text, price, photos and category at any time, reserve it or mark it as sold.
Is there a sales commission?
No. KaufVerkauf.ch does not process payments and charges no commission – price, payment and handover are agreed directly with the buyer.
What happens after publishing?
Your listing is usually online immediately and can be found through search, its category and your stand. Interested people write to you via chat; you can get e-mail notifications. Only accounts under review are checked by our team first.
What is my stand?
All your listings appear together on your stand – a page with its own address that you can share. Businesses get a shop with logo and company details.
What am I not allowed to list?
Prohibited or dangerous items, counterfeits and misleading offers. The full list is under “Prohibited items”.
